The team
A team is composed of two members: a pilot and a co-pilot.
To take part in the STUDENTS CHALLENGE Raid, a participant must:
- BE A STUDENT
- Be between 18 and 28 years of age (on the date of the verifications in France)
- Have a registered two wheel drive vehicle with a valid inspection certificate.
To promote a spirit of openness and inclusiveness within the Raid, the event is also accessible to "non-students" who are 18 years and over on the day of the administrative verifications : high school student, professor, active, retired... However, to preserve the event's "student" spirit, these "non-students" will be accepted by order of pre-registration.
In any event, every participant must conform to the following conditions:
- Have a drivers permit (if the person will be driving).
- Have a passport that is valid for 6 months after the return date from Morocco.
- Have an insured two wheel drive vehicle, with an inspection certificate that is valid for the whole period of the Raid.
- Have a “Carbon Neutral” sticker (purchased from a recognised agency, offsetting CO2 emissions during the raid by actions in favour of the environment).
- Have “personal assistance and repatriation” insurance for each team member.
- Own a GSM phone able to place calls from abroad (1 per team).

How to register?
To receive the necessary information to register for the Students Challenge, please complete the form "Request an information package"
The registration fee is €1,245 per person + “Carbon Neutral” sticker (one per vehicle).
The deadline for registration is January 13, 2011.
To pre-register, you have to complete and send to us the corresponding form and pay the pre-registration fee.
Upon reception, we will send you an “attestation of pre-registration”.

Cancellation of registration
Registrations can be cancelled until January 13, 2011.
In this event, a €50 cancellation fee per team will be withheld. The rest of the registration fees will be refunded.
